1. General provisions

This personal data processing policy is compiled in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and the Standard Procedure for Processing Personal Data, approved by order of the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights dated 08.01.2014 No. 1/02-14, and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of the individual entrepreneur Pochtarev Artem Serhiyovych (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition for carrying out its activities the observance of the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens when processing their personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

This Operator's policy on the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://zenwear.com.ua .

2. Key concepts used in the Policy

• Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology.
• Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).

Cross-border transfer of personal data is possible only if the rights of personal data subjects are properly protected.
