The fabrics we use in production are developed specifically for us. We pay a lot of attention to the environmental friendliness and safety of the materials we turn to. For example, all cotton that is turned into fabrics is produced and processed in the most environmentally friendly way possible. The factories where the harvested raw materials are processed work for small order volumes and share our priority in caring for the environment - these factories have normalized working conditions, maximum zero-waste production, and are equipped with modern, safe production tools. We do not use toxic substances, so we do not pollute the soil and water with chemical waste.
Here is a description of the main types of fabric we make ZEN WEAR clothes from:
1. ThinCotton - cotton with elastin.
Composition: 95% cotton, 5% elastan, density 210 g/m.
This fabric is used by Zen Wear to make T-shirts. The fabric is breathable, soft and lightweight.
2. ThickCotton - cotton with elastin.
Composition: 95% cotton, 5% elastane, density 240 g/m.
This fabric is used by Zen Wear mainly for pants, leggings, but it can also be used for T-shirts. The cotton is very elastic and has good stretch.
3. SoftTouchCotton is a cotton with elastic with a dusting.
Composition: 90% cotton, 10% elastane, density 240 g/m.
Our proprietary fabric, stretches well and returns to shape, suitable for a wide variety of products.
4. Three-thread cotton - three-thread fabric without fleece.
Composition: 95% cotton, 5% elastane.
The peculiarity is that it is thick due to the dense layer of threads on the back side. The fabric is suitable for both summer and winter seasons, it is used for making tracksuits, shorts, dresses, hoodies.
5. Fleece three-thread cotton - a three-thread fabric with fleece.
Composition: 95% cotton, 5% elastan.
The thickest fabric, suitable for the coldest weather. On the inside of the fabric, in contrast to the usual three-thread, added fleece, making it very dense and warm. We use this fabric to make winter sports suits.
6. Two-thread cotton is a two-thread knitted fabric.
Composition: 95% cotton, 5% elastan.
This fabric is halfway between three-thread and plain cotton. On the inside it has a special thread, which gives it extra density.
7. Fleece two-thread cotton is a double-fleece with a filling.
Composition: 95% cotton, 5% elastan.
This fabric is also a signature fabric at Zen Wear because it has a very soft outer texture on its front side. We use this fabric to make warm tracksuits and warm dresses that are suitable for winter and demi-season.
8. Bamboo - bamboo fabric.
Composition: 95% bamboo, 5% elastane.
At the moment we are testing different kinds of bamboo fabric, different density and percentage of bamboo and elastane.
9. Rainwear fabric - raincoat windproof fabric.
Composition: 100% polyester.
This fabric is used for outerwear, as well as making her different inserts in cotton products.
10. Linen - a material from linen fiber.
Composition: 100% linen.
We use this material in our summer clothes. Because linen does not stretch, we make capsule collections of casual dresses, overalls, pants and other casual items.
